Terms and Conditions for Book an EPC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Book an EPC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Book an EPC offers EPC’s for domestic properties to individuals and businesses.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment for services is due either beforehand or upon completion unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Fee is £20.00, if chose to pay after completion and decide to cancel, you will be invoiced. Failure to settle this invoice may lead to legal actions such as ‘small claim’ court proceedings.
Book an EPC reserves the right to refuse refunds or charge a cancellation fee if the terms are not met.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the provision of services confidential.

6. Termination

Book an EPC reserves the right to terminate services in the event of breach of terms or any other reason.
Clients can terminate services as per the cancellation policy.

7. Liability

Book an EPC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Privacy

Book an EPC respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

Book an EPC reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of any changes.

10. Access

The assessor must have access to all areas of your property, including the loft, your utility meter cupboard.

 11. Evidence

Our assessors are only responsible for recording the information from their survey and entering it in the EPC software system, which then calculates your rating and are therefore cannot influence nor are they in any way liable for the final result.
